Shipping policy

We will ship within the United States.  Shipping costs will be based on weight and current UPS/USPS shipping rates.  Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier. 

 We are not responsible for delays, lost items or damaged items by the carrier.

We will do a local meet up for free, please contact us for this option.

All items are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for production time. 

If your item involves embroidery please allow 5-6 weeks for production time.
